CODA Museum

Het CODA Museum toont met de expositie  Expedition Nature werk van ruim twintig kunstenaars die op uiteenlopende wijze landschappelijke thema’s belichten. Op verzoek van CODA maakte beeldend kunstenaar Karin Bos een gevarieerde, rijke selectie van kunstenaars die werkzaam zijn in uiteenlopende disciplines. Sommigen benaderen het landschap documentair terwijl anderen manipulatief reageren of kiezen voor een meer wetenschappelijke benadering.
Paradijselijke landschappen en sprookjesachtige natuur .Of juist melancholisch, absurd, angstaanjagend en vervreemdend.

With the Expedition Nature exhibition, the CODA Museum shows work by more than twenty artists who illuminate landscape themes in a variety of ways. At the request of CODA visual artist Karin Bos created a varied, rich selection of artists working in various disciplines. Some approach the landscape documentarily while others react manipulatively or opt for a more scientific approach.
Paradise landscapes and fairytale nature. Or just melancholic, absurd, frightening and alienating.
